MPS-4000 Bedding & bonding adhesive



MPS-4000 is a single-component fast cure, elastomeric, water-resistant, moisture cure, STPU bonding adhesive for marine applications. Designed for bedding deck materials including teak, composite deck and deck hardware.

Suitable substrates include GRP, marine plywood, properly prepared steel, aluminum and stainless steel. It is designed to achieve high tensile and tear strengths, abrasion resistance and an average ultimate Shore A Hardness of at least 55, yet still withstand 25% total joint movement.

 COVERAGE: Approximately 10 ft2 /0.93m2 per 20 fl oz foil pack

• Single-component fast cure bonding adhesive
• For use on teak or composite decking and deck hardware
• Suitable substrates are GRP, marine plywood, properly prepared steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• 1 quart (0.95 L) and 1 gallon (3.78 L)
• 12-month shelf life
• Store in a dry area between 50-85ºF (10-30º)
